Our EU-GMP certified Finished Product manufacturing facility has a set-up for filling products in pre-filled syringe (PFS), Cartridges, Vials(liquid) and vials(Lyophilized).We use primary packing material of high quality from the most reputed manufacturers to ensure broad acceptability.

Pre-filled Syringes (PFS)

The facility has MAR-make PFS machine from Italy with a capacity of 15,000 PFS of 1 ml per day. Change parts for different fill volumes are also available to ensure complete product sterility and safety. The machine is installed in clean rooms made of Clestra modular partitions as per EMEA norms complete with online particle counter.

Vials (Liquid)

The fill-finish and packaging unit offers filling solutions in liquid vials using MAR machine from Italy. A variety of filling options ranging from 2 ml (16 mm dia) to 10 ml (24 mm dia) are readily available with mandatory online washing and sterilization to ensure complete product sterility. The machine offers a filling capacity of 20,000 vials per day for maximum productivity output.

Vials (Lyophilized)

We offer superior lyphilization solutions for products requiring maximum shelf life under harsh conditions. BOC EDWARDS make lyophilizer is capable of delivering 11,000 vials of 2 ml and 3,500 vials of 5 ml size per cycle of lyophilization.

Cartridges

We offer high quality and flexible Cartridge filling solutions in EU GMP approved facility as a part of Fill Finish services. We handle filled volumes ranging from 1ml to 3ml in 3ml cartridges with a filling speed of 5400 Cartridges/batch. We offer clients with an option of providing their own Primary Packing Material for the cartridge or they can choose our Primary Packing Material which is procured from reputed manufacturers to ensure broad acceptability.
